Επειδή έχω το ίδιο πρόβλημα, βάζω το χάπι σε μια κουταλιά γιαούρτι κ το καταπίνω, δεν το καταλαβαίνω καθόλου.
Κόψτο στη μέση, σπάσε το ή κάντο σκόνη στο μούλτι.
