    I ordered 2 lights. One doesn't turn on at all and the other stays permanently on. (Normally, it has a function where the brightness drops to 50% and goes to 100% for 10" when it detects movement. The fact that the remote control batteries inside the package were empty (and rusty in one) is the least of the problems, but it shows that it had been on the shelf for many years.
