Recommended Dosage

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 measuring spoon = 2 tablespoons) of powder with 300 or 400 ml of water in a shake.

In case of maximum dilution, the ready-to-drink beverage does not contain lactose.

However, the taste (vanilla) is awful and it doesn't dissolve easily at all! I shook it for 5 minutes in the shaker and ended up drinking it with little pieces. Other ones have dissolved with 4-5 shakes. It doesn't cause any bloating, although it is a bit heavy on the stomach.

    The strawberry flavour tastes like cough syrup. I didn’t like it. As a Protein powder is solid but it gives me some bloating. I should have bought the chocolate flavour again strawberry ain’t it.

    Nice vanilla flavor does the job but it dissolves difficultly due to creatine. The blue biotech dissolves much better but it doesn't have creatine and has a nicer vanilla flavor.

    If everything written in the ingredients is true, it will be perfect (I don't have an opinion yet, as I have only used it twice). However, the taste (vanilla) is awful and it doesn't dissolve easily at all! I shook it for 5 minutes in the shaker and ended up drinking it with little pieces. Other ones have dissolved with 4-5 shakes. It doesn't cause any bloating, although it is a bit heavy on the stomach.
