Users rate the ball positively, mainly praising its durable construction and how easy it is to inflate. They use it for Pilates, exercise, and as a seat during pregnancy. However, some say the size may not suit their height and can affect proper posture.
I bought it because of my pregnancy but unfortunately I chose the wrong size. I am 1.62 and my knees were not in the right position. Apart from that, it is very durable!
Very good ball and durable, inflates relatively easily. Be careful with the size.. for me, the size guide was not correct based on my height. I needed a size bigger, resulting in me not having the correct body posture when using it.
It did not include the cap so it is useless to me.
The ball is very good!
I am satisfied with the purchase.
