Χρησιμοποιησε αλλα ακουστικα.Αν το προβλημα παραμενει ,χρησιμοποιησε τα ακουστικα χωρις τη συσκευη.Αν τα ακουστικα δουλευουν σωστα τοτε πας για αλλαγη συσκευης
