I bought it for a trial and started with a small dose (5g/day). After a few weeks of testing, I can say that it has helped me not get tired so easily (which was the reason for trying it). I also really like the flavor I got (strawberry).

I noticed a difference in my workouts. For the price, it’s perfect. It doesn’t completely dissolve in water. I take it straight from the scoop and keep a glass of water next to me ready to wash it down.

I have never taken creatine before, the difference is very good, I work with a grass trimmer and before I didn't have such performance. I will also try the protein from this company. It dissolves easily.

It seems that Skroutz does not allow negative reviews to be shown. This creatine did not bring any results. No difference compared to other creatines I have used.

Generally, it does what it promises but it doesn't dissolve easily at all and I personally found it hard to digest

I saw an improvement in my performance at the gym (I mainly do compound lifts) when I used this creatine. Additionally, it has very good solubility and the best price compared to similar products. I have given the same rating for the corresponding product in 500 grams. Of course, one kilogram is even more economical per gram. I am very satisfied.

A tip for those considering purchasing it or who have already purchased it: do not fill the scoop that comes with it because the serving is much more than the recommended amount of 3.5 grams.

I got the lemon and pineapple, the LEMON is amazing. I couldn't enjoy the pineapple on its own that much, so I came up with the idea to mix it with the one that has a coconut flavor, and this combination is perfect

Good product.Simple does it's job.With no side effects apparently.The scoop however holds way more than it needs to.The daily doesage is 3.5 grams and the scoop holds almost 25.You need to have low volume scale with precise measurement for sure.Dont use the scoop you will overdose.

The best price I have found is the one with the 2 packages for 50€.
I gained 2 kilograms of muscle in 4 weeks. Now I take 5 grams daily whether I exercise or not. It doesn't have sugar, so it fits perfectly with my diet. At first, I would dilute it in a glass of water, but I discovered that it's not necessary. The easiest way is to take it directly in my mouth. It doesn't have any annoying taste and I finish it quickly along with some Omega-3 capsules and my multivitamins, which require a little water to swallow and thus rinse out any creatine that has stuck to my teeth.

I cannot speak about the results because I have been using it for a short time. I agree with the comment below about the fact that no matter how much you shake it, dust remains at the bottom of the shaker, resulting in it ending up in your mouth and having to drink it forcefully.

I will be completely honest, I don't have an opinion on its results as it is the first creatine I have purchased and it hasn't been long since I started taking it. However, I am mostly disappointed that after you stop shaking the shaker, the powder slowly settles at the bottom, resulting in all of it accumulating in the last few sips and having a terrible taste.

Very good solubility, it doesn't change the taste at all if you mix it with some whey. I will choose it again.

Excellent creatine, logically because it is micronized it did not cause me significant water retention, but I gained 7 kilograms with diet and exercise, so the product definitely works well.
