Excellent mattress, large and comfortable. Quite large for men and women (okay, unless someone is... a basketball player)!... It is a "little" heavy, but okay.

Excellent mat. I bought one for home, to exercise. I had started with a much thinner one and every time I felt pain in my lower back, both during and after.

For abs and generally for exercises on the floor, it is top-notch.

Today I got a second one for the summer house.

You should prefer it. The cost-benefit ratio is excellent, considering that for 15 euros you can effectively protect your lower back.

Very good for its price. It is somewhat foamy as a material, soft and silent when you place metal weights on it. However, it is not meant for leaving many weights on it for a long time. At some point, I left a 10kg weight on it for a few days and it left a mark/dent.

Good thickness. It has helped my wife with her exercises, who is recovering from a long period of rehabilitation after multiple spinal fractures.

Exactly what I was looking for. Soft enough so that my back doesn't hurt. Its only possible drawback is its bulk, but that's unavoidable

It is so soft that the bones don't hit the floor. It's suitable for yoga because it doesn't slip at all, as well as for pilates. No matter what exercises I do, it doesn't bunch up like thin mats and doesn't move on the floor.

It is the softest exercise mat I have found and used so far. Suitable for weight exercises, not just for yoga/pilates. On the wooden floor where I use it, it generally stays stable, only in some leg exercises it may move slightly. I have been using it for a month now, there are no dents, it hasn't worn out anywhere, nor does it retain the smell of sweat.

Like every mattress that folds for space saving, it wears out faster and creates breakages over time. Overall, it is an excellent product, durable even in tough use since both the size and thickness are satisfactory for any kind of exercise on the floor.

Very good for its price, it doesn't slip, it cleans relatively easily, and it is thick enough for outdoor training (which I do).

Very good purchase, quality mattress. I bought it for use on a hard floor (marble) and it is indeed an excellent choice. It comes with a strap (elastic) for transportation which is very useful. As expected, it is thicker than the thin ones, but without difficulty in storage or transportation.

Very soft and quite thick, so it absorbs small vibrations.
The only downside is the strong smell of the material.

I bought it for yoga. I weigh 77kg. It tore (made a slit - opened the foam) on the first use. I am not satisfied, of course.

The best exercise mat I have ever purchased. It has the perfect thickness and a trick to fold it up.

The mattress is very good so far, it is very soft and does not sag. The only thing it is missing is holes to hang it. At first, I thought that the expensive professional ones were better, I bought one for 40 euros with double thickness... influenced by the good reviews and the result was that I couldn't do sit-ups and my waist-back hurt, even though I didn't have any issues. Luckily, I returned it and got this one.

Nice gym mat with enough thickness so that you don't feel the floor but also keep your body straight. Affordable, made from the material that most mats are made of.

Very soft and durable, you don't feel any contact with the ground. It helped me a lot in fitness exercises (aesthetic) in many of which you come into contact with the floor.
