The GBX20 EXT phone expansion module is compatible with Grandstream's GRP2615 and GRP2624 IP Phones as well as the GXV3350 IP Video Phone. It extends the capabilities of the telephone device by offering a large 4.3-inch color LCD screen (272x480) TFT and 20 additional programmable BLF/speed dial keys with dual-color LED indicators. It provides the user with the ability to monitor up to 40 extensions on 2 pages via the page switch keys, adding ergonomics and flexibility. Additionally, when 4 GBX20 EXT expansion modules are connected in series, they provide the user with the ability to monitor up to 160 extensions. The GBX20 EXT supports a range of advanced call features such as BLF, call park/pick-up, speed dial, presence, intercom & conference, call transfer/forwarding, and many others, making it an ideal solution for any user or business managing large volumes of phone calls.
