The Neo Tools 94-003 digital clamp meter measures AC current up to 600 A, as well as DC and AC voltage, electrical resistance and diode continuity. It measures current in cables with a diameter of up to 28 mm and automatically selects the measurement range.

It includes polarity detection, data hold, maximum value detection and an out-of-range warning. It features a low battery indicator and switches off automatically after 15 minutes. It is powered by AAA batteries, which are not included, and comes with a nylon case.
