Ναι, εγώ παίρνω την θερμοκρασία της μπριζόλας επιτόπου, όπως είναι πάνω στη σχάρα και μετά το αφαιρώ, αλλά δεν νομίζω ότι είναι καλή ιδέα να το αφήσεις μόνιμα καρφωμένο γιατί δύσκολα να αντέξει το σώμα του που είναι από πλαστικό.
