Before use: Wash your hands, blow your nose, and check if the spray works properly. Adult supervision is recommended for use in children. For children aged 3 to 6 years, the device should be used by an adult. 

1- Remove the protective cap. 

2- Before first use, press the nozzle firmly a few times until the solution comes out. 

3- With your head in an upright position, spray into each nostril and inhale gently through the nose. 

4- Allow the solution to act for a few minutes before blowing your nose. After each use, clean the spray nozzle and replace the protective cap.

For children aged 3-15 years: 1 spray in each nostril, up to 4 times a day. 

PHYSIOMER Express Kids can be used in combination with isotonic seawater wash in cases of heavy secretions, or with hypertonic seawater wash in case of severe congestion.

- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 3 years of age or with a body weight lower than 10 kg, in case of allergy to any of the ingredients, or in case of asthma.
