✔With advanced technology, it features UV Air Sterilization and a multiple purification system with a Triple Action 3-in-1 filter.
✔You can control it remotely via Wi-Fi, dry your clothes with the Laundry function, save energy with the Sleep function, and enjoy uninterrupted operation thanks to the large water tank and automatic defrost.
This model from Toyotomi uses scientifically proven UV light technology to neutralize viruses, germs, bacteria, and fungi. When microorganisms pass through the ultraviolet radiation, their core is destroyed at the cellular and genetic level, providing you with sterilized and healthy air.
Enjoy absolute cleanliness with the Triple Action 3 in 1 filter system. The Catechin filter acts against microbes, the Silver Ion fights bacteria and viruses, while the Anion tackles bacteria, microbes, and unpleasant odors. All of these work together to give you a spotlessly clean atmosphere.
To breathe truly clean air, your dehumidifier features a washable high-density dust filter. This effectively filters harmful microparticles, ensuring a clean atmosphere while also facilitating the maintenance of the device.

Say goodbye to wet clothes! With the Laundry function, your dehumidifier becomes a powerful ally for quick drying of your clothes, even on the most humid days.
Do you want absolute peace in your sleep? The Sleep function further reduces the noise level of the dehumidifier and contributes to energy saving, so you can enjoy quiet and restful nights.
Our users love the Toyotomi SONZAI dehumidifier! Many are impressed by its ability to immediately reduce humidity, reaching ideal levels even in areas with very high humidity or in large spaces.
The result is noticeable from the first hour of operation, with many noting a reduction in mold and an improvement in the feel of the space. At the same time, they express their satisfaction with its quality construction and the ease of movement thanks to the wheels.
They also mention the very fast drying of clothes as a major advantage. While some users find the noise "tolerable" or "moderate," many others describe it as "completely silent" or "extremely quiet", especially at low speed.
The Wi-Fi feature is appreciated for remote control, although some have noted minor connectivity issues with the app, which however do not negate the overall positive experience.
Overall, users consider it a very good investment, with an excellent quality-price ratio and high performance.

It did its job for a year with a lot of noise, six months to be repaired at Toiotomi and now back to the technician for a new malfunction. Terrible service from every perspective despite being under warranty.
Very good, after one year of use. The disadvantage is its consumption, which is clearly higher than others of the same capacity (this conclusion, of course, came from 24-hour measurements I conducted). It reduces humidity easily, is relatively quiet, and as a construction it is of good quality without annoying creaks.
The noise is noticeable even at low operating intensity. Other than that, and after many months of use, it is excellent.
Purchased as a second one for dehumidifying the basement of a two-story house. Area with high humidity, needs emptying of the container every 1-1.5 days.
The dehumidifier works wonders, in a small 25 square meter house I put it on last night to see what it could do, apart from the heat it emits, so it's also somewhat like a fan heater, I am in Corfu in an area with a lot of humidity, it goes up to 90%. I set it to reduce the humidity to 40% and in the morning when I woke up, it had actually managed it. I have a clock that measures humidity and it was at 40%. It even pulled out some of the mold that had formed on the wall, it didn't remove it completely, let's not exaggerate, the machine seems very good, if it keeps working like this it has saved me!!!
I placed it in a mountain cottage where its functions and the minimal heating it provides (instead of cooling) are very basic elements! It loses one star because it does not work with the iNVMate II application and forced me to install the Inventor Control (without mentioning it anywhere) and waste 20 minutes for a 2-3 minute process
In an area with high humidity (Xanthi), it has been working exceptionally well for a year. No negatives so far.
I have it for 3 days now. I live in a 60sqm house. It is quite good and it reduces humidity quite quickly. It seems to be of good quality so far. However, yes it could cost less.
The only complaints I have are that 1) I would like a larger container (because I use it in a space with excessive humidity and installing a drainage pipe is not feasible). So I have to empty the bin quite often. 2) The ewpe smart application that connects it to wifi is literally a joke. You cannot adjust all the options of the dehumidifier from there and most of the time it goes offline, so it is completely useless for me!
The main reason someone buys a wifi device is for remote control (e.g. in a vacation home). That's why I chose it, but unfortunately it is completely useless! The application is completely unreliable, from the first day it constantly disconnects and if you have left home it will work non-stop until you return. Money wasted
Very good dehumidifier. It does its job quietly, relatively. The WiFi is very good, although I had difficulty connecting it. The humidity indicator of the room is also convenient. The only drawback is that the water collection tank is very small. You have to empty it 3-4 times a day
Although suitable for smaller spaces, it does a pretty good job and lowers the humidity as needed to improve the feeling in the house. The noise on both settings is more than noticeable and the plastic parts sometimes rattle, but if you are in another room, it is not annoying. The wifi only has basic functions, I would like it to have scheduling for activation and deactivation. Overall satisfied with its price
It does its job, has both low and high speed, is noisy but which dehumidifier isn't? It has wheels and is easy to move, has a 3-liter tank, and is also beautiful. The wifi is not that good, it worries me about the connection and often freezes if it's not close to the router. For its wifi, I give it four stars.
Too much noise, not worth the money in any case
Review for the 20lt model:
I placed it in a basement/warehouse of 115+ sq.m. and within 2 days it reduced the humidity from 65-70% to the limit of 55% with a steady consumption of ~3.5kWh/day (it is connected to a smart Tapo socket). Only in the first 24 hours it struggled a bit and consumed 5-6kWh. It seems to draw a steady power of 240-250w whether the UV is activated or not. The wifi consumes less than 5w, however, if someone doesn't use it properly, they should turn it off using the relevant button as over time they will save something. Measured with at least 5 hygrometers from different manufacturers placed in various locations, which have variances of up to 5% between them, but the reduction in humidity is noticeable overall, as observed in all the hygrometers.
When it reaches its limit, it stops and if I understand correctly, it starts again only when the humidity increases by about 3-4%. However, there have been times when I set it at 55%, it reduced the humidity to 53% and continued to work normally (i.e. at 250w).
In theory, the humidity can go even lower, but I haven't tested it yet. With the limit set at 55% and the current humidity, my tank fills up about 2 times per day, so I will install a drain pipe to send it directly to a drain (note that it doesn't have a motor for water outlet, so the last part must be drained based on the slope of the pipe only). The package also includes a drain pipe of about half a meter (I don't remember the exact diameter, I think it is mentioned in the manual and it is around 14mm or something like that). The tank also has the disadvantage that its lid doesn't close tightly and it leaks from everywhere, so during emptying, the water cannot come out from a specific point. Practically, water runs from the upper edge from all sides and you need to be careful not to make a mess when emptying it.
It is definitely not silent. There is a constant humming throughout the space and when it starts or generally increases its speed, for a few minutes it sounds like the characteristic sound of old refrigerator motors. Also, sometimes it rattles loudly. It doesn't bother me in the basement, but I would never leave it in the living room or bedroom, especially during quiet hours. It makes much more noise than a typical air conditioner or air purifier, etc.
On the plus side, the pre-installed plastic feet can be replaced with wheels (included in the package). The connection and use with wifi are simple, but the Ewpe application is simply unacceptable (possibly the worst of the dozens of similar ones I have tried over time). Most of the time, it returns a timeout error the first time until it manages to connect to the device, it cannot connect to Alexa (the last step always fails even when the relevant skill is enabled), it doesn't send notifications when the tank is full, etc.
Overall, it seems to do the job and is worth its money, however, it can be improved.
ps: I see in the reviews photos with the back of the device almost stuck to the wall. I hope that is not its permanent position because the dehumidifier draws air from the back and the manual recommends a distance of at least 35-40cm both from the back and from its left side, which is the air outlet.
UPDATE after 3 months of use: It does what it's supposed to do. Likewise, it makes noise. I am still trying to understand the difference in settings between High and Low fan, as they practically make almost the same noise and burn almost the same wattage (maybe High burns about 10% more, at most). Generally, I always have it on High and running for 12-18 hours a day, burning over 100-110 kWh per month. I haven't experienced any disconnections from the wifi, although the Ewpe app always times out after 30" before it manages to connect on the second attempt.
But what I really haven't understood is how it starts and stops on its own:
- If you set it, for example, to a humidity level of 55% and it has stopped earlier on its own, then usually it will only start again when the sensor reaches 60%.
- With the same humidity setting, it usually stops when it reaches around 51-52% and often not even then. Because I have been using it exclusively with the internal tank, at some point it would fill up, and the device would stop working for hours (before reaching 51-52%), and once I emptied the tank, the device would start again on its own. So far so good. The problem was that it would do this even when it measured the humidity at 53-54%, which is below the 55% that I have set. It shouldn't start in that case.
- Lately, I have connected it to a drain. Although its setting is still at 55%, it practically never stops working. It reduces the humidity to 47-50% according to 4-5 hygrometers scattered in the room, but the dehumidifier itself never shows below 52% and obviously, for some inexplicable reason, it doesn't stop. When I tried to increase the setting to 60%, the humidity in the basement exceeded 65% before the device started, so I didn't try it again.
Since the Ewpe app doesn't seem to have a schedule or timer on (only timer off), I had to set a program through Alexa so that it flashes for a few hours a day either automatically or with voice commands. Luckily, at some point, the relevant Ewpe skill of Alexa was activated without me having to do anything (previously it would fail at authentication). So far, I have only done it based on time, but I will try to do the same based on humidity percentages, which Alexa seems to read. So I will be able to turn it on automatically if it reaches, for example, 58% and also turn it off if it drops to 53%. We'll see.
For its price, it works just fine. You can't say it's completely silent, of course, but it does the job at least and it seems to have a decent construction. Since I've had it for a few months in a space with humidity above 65%, the difference is noticeable. If you even put it in a bathroom where you can have direct drainage to the sewer, it dries everything perfectly. Even the laundry...
So our house is full of humidity!! (It showed 71% when I opened it.) We had another one from our landlord but it was rubbish... It took 3 days to fill the bin and it kept working and making a lot of noise. The dehumidifier is vital for us and luckily after searching, I found this one!! Guys, it's amazing. Completely silent but still effective. Imagine the noise like a gentle breeze, like hearing your fan when it's working. And it does a great job!! We got it for €199. It's worth it, it's perfect in terms of design and its performance.
Fair. Quality construction with basic filter (it does have UV anyway) but efficient and relatively quiet, at low speed the noise is similar to the refrigerator motor.
My friends, I will tell you what and how. So, last year my walls were dripping water. We have a big problem with humidity. The dehumidifier is amazing. I am left speechless. The work it does is noticeable from the first hour of operation. The construction is excellent, it has wheels, it has a drainage hose if you want it, it has Wi-Fi, it has everything. Compared to a black Morris that is the same price, the Toyotomi is far better. I am completely satisfied, it has no noise, it is like a new generation air conditioner that you can hardly hear anything. No comparison to exhaust fans, etc. My house is 48 square meters, I bought the dehumidifier that is 20 liters per day with the idea that we will move to a bigger house soon and so far I empty it once a day. I highly recommend it.
After almost a month of having it. The dehumidifier works exceptionally well. It quickly reduces the humidity without any problems and now I empty it every two days with continuous operation. Oh, and I should also mention that it dries clothes very quickly! Even without being on high! I give it a 5 out of 5. It is definitely worth it and more
In my possession for about 2 months. This year's winter is so far warm and humid. Therefore, the purchase of a dehumidifier, especially if you have children, is necessary. Overall, we are very satisfied. It quickly reduces humidity by at least 6-7 units with 1 hour of operation (i.e. from 65% to 57-58%). It produces quite a bit of noise in full operation...in eco mode, it is tolerable. Of course, this is very subjective for each of us. The tank (20lt) is sufficient for rooms of 80-100sq.m. The construction materials are excellent, it does not creak or vibrate at all! I consider the consumption to be fair, although I still want to check it. I think it is an excellent value for money + the 5-year warranty. I highly recommend it.
I have had the dehumidifier for a week and a half for my 85sqm house. It has collected the moisture from the house, and after two or three days, I use it less. Its noise is very satisfactory, I recommend it, it does what I read from buyers.
I consider it to be a reliable product. Today is the first day I used it and so far I am quite satisfied. I have not yet connected to the internet through the application... I will come back to evaluate how feasible this specific internet function is
It removes moisture very quickly, but the tank also fills up just as quickly! However, the price for its performance is a positive aspect! A second one will be purchased for the rest of the house too!
The dehumidifier is amazing. It was purchased to replace a previous model (Toyotomi) and I can confidently say that it is superior. It reduces humidity immediately, its humidity indicator is very accurate, and its noise is almost nonexistent. It is also very economical. There was hardly any difference in the electricity bill with its use for over 10 hours daily. As for the "lack" of options like clothes drying, simply lower the humidity percentage, for example, to 40 or 45%, and it achieves the same result as having the corresponding button.
Powerful machine with high performance, it removes humidity from the room in a short period of time compared to other devices. Four stars because 1) the smart capabilities of the device are nonexistent, it never connects to the app and 2) the 2-liter tank fills up very quickly in the 20-liter version, which is not necessarily a bad thing but it implies that the machine pulls a lot of moisture even on the "low" setting. In its category, the 2-liter tank is considered satisfactory at the moment
Perfect! I read all the comments before buying it. It does its job wonderfully and the wifi works perfectly. Since I have special thermometers that measure the humidity in every room, I have gone down from 78% to 52% in 7 hours... with a construction from 2003 and an outside temperature of 14 degrees... but it's the first day it's been operating.
If needed, I will come back because it is important to provide as accurate information as possible
It is the best thing I have ever used.
It does its job and more. It is smart with wifi, etc.
Something I did not expect, as it not only removes humidity to the desired level but also heats up the space. I use it for winter, when I hang clothes outside and they don't dry, this device does a great job.
Someone here, who has uploaded photos and claims that it is not smart, etc., probably did not set it up correctly or, more likely, does not know how to operate the one they bought.
5 ***** because, based on what I have purchased from toyotomi, I have been very satisfied.
Application wifi and not had the same and the same .... Remote control does not exist so it is not smart ... Noise logical for what it is, alexa - Google not ... We finished it. A dehumidifier with a name but with many limitations ... It only dehumidifies the excess advertised, don't look for them, you won't find them. Filters if we had to say. The machine is good, it doesn't creak, it does what it was purchased for, so if you want the extras, see the evaluation and decide. 4**** because it doesn't have what the times demand. As a product, it does the most basic thing that has been manufactured.
It's worth its money. I have it on all day because I live on an island with a lot of humidity. It has changed the atmosphere of the whole house. Sometimes, when it's working at full power, the plastic parts make a noise, but it's not a sound from the mechanism, it's from the plastic. Overall, it doesn't bother me, not even when I'm sleeping, and I easily get disturbed during sleeping hours as a person... It's worth it, guys, it's great.
The dehumidifier has dimensions H52 x W23 x D35. Without having previous experience, as a first-time buyer, I am quite satisfied. It is very easy to use, simply by turning on the power, and I don't have to constantly adjust the filters. I chose a humidity level of 50% and have been using it from noon until the next morning. When the tank is full, you hear an audible notification and it automatically goes into standby mode. When you empty it, it resumes with the same settings.
When I first used it, the room showed a humidity level of 84% (note that I am in a detached house with relatively new aluminum frames and concrete walls, but without insulation and heating). In the first few days, it worked continuously and on the 4th day, it brought the humidity down to 55%, where it remains at around +/- 10% depending on activities such as cooking, using the oven, or taking a shower, which can increase it to 60-65%. Otherwise, it stays at 55% and in the mornings it is around 45-48%.
In the 2 months that I have had it, I remember emptying the water tank 6-7 times a day, now it's a maximum of 3 times.
As for the noise, it does make some noise. Sometimes it resonates somewhere and becomes louder. But as soon as you move it a few centimeters, it disappears. Of course, this is not a solution, but it is a machine... The sound of the air is almost nonexistent, but you can hear the turbine like an external inverter air conditioning unit. This might bother some people when they sleep in the same room, but it doesn't bother me. After all, I don't have it in a bedroom, but in a kitchen-hall area next to the bathroom, about 50 sqm. Sometimes, you can't hear it at all, but if you get close and put your ear next to it, you can hear that it is working normally!
Also, when it reaches the desired humidity setting, it stops and doesn't work. Then it starts again, and so on.
Overall, I am satisfied and will buy a second one at the first opportunity

Έχω Toyotomi TDE-16lt.
