I bought this product directly from one of the stores on the list for my wife, who has difficulty breathing due to metastatic lung cancer and needs to be in an upright position when sleeping to breathe more easily. It is very hard and definitely not suitable for our case. I, weighing 110 kilos, tried it and it felt like putting my back on a plywood board. My wife, who weighs only 49 kilos, felt like lying on a metal bed. Maybe it's good for supporting the legs, but not for the back

It is large and excessively tall for prolonged use (I bought it to assist with backtracking). Additionally, because it slips, it needs to be "dressed" with a pillowcase. The construction quality appears to be good, but I cannot write more because it was completely uncomfortable and I abandoned it.
