Προσφέρουν αρκετά μεγάλη αντίσταση για τις μυικές ομάδες των δικέφαλων, τρικεφάλων, ώμων. Για στήθος θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις πρώτα το ένα και μετά το άλλο έχοντας και τις 2 λαβές στο ένα χέρι.
Για πλάτη και πόδια δεν θεωρώ πως είναι αρκετή η αντίσταση. Γενικά με 20-25 ευρώ παιρνεις ένα πολύ καλό set
