Dosage

  • One tablet per day in a glass of water.

Precautions:

  • Store in a dry and cool place, at a temperature below 25°C. 
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Doses over 1000mg of vitamin C may cause mild stomach disturbances in sensitive individuals.
  • Contains sorbitol – excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

  • Vitamin C 1000mg
  • Zinc 10mg
  • Rose hip extract 50mg

Acidity regulator: citric acid & sodium carbonates, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), firming agent: sorbitols, natural orange flavouring, rose hips fruit extract (Rosa canina), beetroot concentrate, zinc citrate, sweetener: sucralose, firming agent: polyethylene glycol, maltodextrin, bulking agent: arabic gum (acacia gum), colour: riboflavins.

    Cheap, with 1000mg of vitamin C and 15mg of zinc, it is one of the few that has this and at such a low price. The taste is just fine, classic vitamin C with an orange flavor, maybe a little sweeter than others. Personally, I can't say that I had any issues with symptoms. It is what you need when you get sick or to help your immune system during times when viruses are circulating.

    Personally, I have been using it for 3 years now, I have bought 4-5 packs and I have recommended it to friends who had no complaints.
