Description & Specifications

After the spread and establishment that the subject of Harmony has gained among today's youth studying music, we believed that the publication of a suitable Greek book is necessary to assist the student in the complete practical exercise of this highly interesting subject. Having already collaborated in the writing of other theoretical music books, we proceeded with the publication of the present volume under the title "Harmony Topics".

The arrangement of the material and the composition of most of the topics in this volume are owed to Mr. Philoktitis Oikonomidis.

In this work, we endeavored to ensure that each chapter includes a sufficient number of topics from which the Professor can select those he deems necessary and most suitable for the practical exercise of his students, so that the student can learn the entire technique of Harmony, enabling him, if he wishes, to continue his higher education in Harmony, Counterpoint, and Fugue. We are confident that with the publication of this book, we are offering a positive service to the students of our Conservatories and various Music Schools.
