Επειδή το Nanopresso έχει pressurized έξοδο, συγχωρεί πολλά στο κόψιμο. Το καλύτερο για πειραματισμούς είναι να πάρεις έναν τίμιο manual grinder (πχ Timemore C3S ή κάποιον οικονομικό Kingrinder) και να αρχίσεις τα πειράματα. Από όσο έχω δει ως τώρα το Nanopresso δίνει καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα με πιο coarse κόψιμο από το κόψιμο για espresso. Προσωπικά παίζω κάπου στα μέσα επίπεδα του V60 κοψίματος.
