Composition: Tasingergic substance (synthetic), Water

  • Can be added to paint
  • Use sparingly to avoid excessive absorption of the paint
  • Used in both Iconography and Painting

Synthetic substitute for bovine bile. Ensures the best possible and most uniform paint layer. Reduces the stickiness of surfaces. Used with watercolor and tempera to dilute paints, prevents bubble formation. In iconography, for better mixing of gold leaf and gold paste.
