Ναι, το σακίδιο των 28lt καλύπτει τη χειραποσκευή διαστάσεων 45x25x20. Η διαφορά με τις διαστάσεις που δίνει η Ryanair είναι 4cm στο πλάτος της βαλίτσας, όμως επειδή το σακίδιο είναι υφασμάτινο, δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα.
