Δεν τηγανίζει, ψήνει και χρειάζεται να γυρίζεις τα τρόφιμα από την άλλη πλευρά για να ψηθούν ομοιόμορφα. Ότι ισχύει και στον ηλ. φούρνο δηλαδή.
