The Duracell CEF14 charger charges 2 or 4 Ni-MH rechargeable AA or AAA batteries using two dual charging channels. It plugs directly into a wall outlet, and the LED indicator shows the batteries’ charging status. Automatic shutoff protects against overcharging.
The set includes 2 AA batteries with a capacity of 1300 mAh and 2 AAA batteries with a capacity of 750 mAh. Charging takes 4 hours for the 1300 mAh AA batteries and 4.5 hours for the 750 mAh AAA batteries.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Users find the set practical and functional, with positive comments about the charger’s quality and its charge-completion indicator. It’s described as convenient for everyday devices such as controllers and bike lights, and users also appreciate that it can charge both AA and AAA batteries. However, some note that charging is slow, batteries can only be charged in pairs, and the included AA batteries have a short lifespan.
it doesn't do what it says
it charges the batteries, the green light turns on, and when you put it in the laptop, they have 1 bar
At first glance, it is a fair price, especially at this price, I take away one star because the batteries only charge in pairs; if you put in just one, it doesn't charge
Everything is fine, just the only thing you need to know is that the AA batteries it comes with have a very short lifespan. I use them for an Xbox controller – it doesn't even have time to notify you that it's about to run out and the device shuts off.
It got too hot, the batteries were burning
bad charging, it lights up green but the batteries are not ready
The Duracell CEF14 charger with 2 sets of AA/AAA Ni-MH batteries offers a combination of high-quality, fast and efficient charging, reliability, and flexibility. It is a smart investment for anyone looking to reduce waste and ensure that their devices are always powered. Charging is faster than the 4 hours mentioned on the packaging. It is also great that branded batteries are included in the package and the charger's design is extremely convenient, as it plugs directly into the power outlet without any cables.
I have it for a day and I have tried to charge 3 different sets of batteries and it works fine even with other brands of batteries, with different capacities. Once the light turns green, it is fully charged. If you accidentally put in non-rechargeable alkaline batteries, the red light does not even turn on and it does not charge them. In other words, it can recognize if you put in the wrong batteries.
Everything works fine. You can find batteries with more mah, but this package is very cost-effective!
