Amazing shoes. I had never bought basketball shoes for direct comparison in the past, but I usually wear ultraboosts (only Adidas). The DON shoes are incomparably better for basketball. I felt constant support in my movements on the court, changing direction. The body is lifted more correctly, so the shot is better supported. The shoe provides better movement and balance throughout the body, compared to non-basketball shoes.
The sole absorbs shocks, and in this aspect, I have experience with much more expensive shoes (I find ultraboosts at 100+ euros, these are 60) and they provide the same comfort in jumping.
I am also very impressed by the protective part around the ankle. Although there is no hard brace (like in ultraboosts), the padding around the ankle / beginning of the calf is extremely rich, a thick cushion that offers very good support and stability to the foot.
Just be careful with the size, I wear 46 in ultraboosts, I got 46 in DON and I think I might have been more comfortable with a slightly larger size.
