Δεν είμαι ειδικός (κομμώτρια) αλλά θεωρώ πως ναι αλλα με ξεβγαλμα μετά. Απο προσωπικη εμπειρία η συγκεκριμένη δεν άφηνε το αποτέλεσμα που ήθελα στο τέλος, οπότε τα άφηνα αρκετή ώρα τυλιγμένα με την μασκα κ μετά κανένα μισάωρο με το conditioner απαραιτήτως.
