I use it for cleaning circuit boards, cables, and terminals, mainly when water has spilled and for removing dust, etc. It dries quite quickly; after I use it before powering up, I use a blower to dry it and it does not cause leakage problems.

This product has saved me from spending €500!!! I bought a tablet and some liquid had fallen into the charging port, so it wasn't working... I took it for repair 1-2 times and it worked. Just before I decided to replace it, I thought of using this spray! I couldn't believe it was so good! It unblocked the port for me!!!

Very effective for cleaning contacts on switches and terminals, with the nozzle helping application in hard-to-reach areas. Just be careful with switches that have a mechanism requiring lubrication (e.g., push-button switches): since it removes the existing oil, it may temporarily leave a very stiff feel or even cause sticking.

This WD40 product is very good for cleaning circuit boards, contacts, switches, sockets, bulbs, and generally electrical surfaces and components! Besides cleaning, it also restores conductivity to electrical circuits with excellent results! Personally, I use it a lot in my car and motorcycle, but also at home on the intercom, on some sockets, and even on my phone's charging ports, it did an amazing job!

In some cases, when exposed to external weather conditions, I combined it with another WD40 product, the silicone cleaning spray, which allows lubrication and prevents moisture by creating a protective film.

Attention: because this product is conductive, it should be applied when the circuit is not powered. Otherwise, there is a risk of damaging the device or even electric shock.

Used on a Razer Mouse externally on the scroll wheel without needing to open it because the movement was not smooth at all and it was sticking (it actually needed internal cleaning). After 2 hours, the problem slowly started to resolve and was fixed. The next day it was 100% like new.
Tested externally for the 2nd time on Razer headphones on the volume potentiometer that is on the headphones. The problem was restored (not completely since it also needed opening). Applied it to a volume pad of Logitech on 2.1 speakers. The scratching on the power button, bass potentiometer, and volume stopped.

I used it to clean pinheads from an inkjet printer since you can't find cleaning kits on the market. It didn't spray black and yellow. 2 sprays and 2 cleanings through the printer to pass the liquid through the pinheads and it worked. I needed it recently as I hadn't printed for about 3 months.

Excellent. It dries immediately, leaves no residue or grease, and cleans electronic contacts perfectly. I cleaned the switches of my speakers that were making static noise when shaken, and a fan that had started to make noise when rotating. Both are like new now. Very good, perfect for electronic circuits, although I would prefer a smaller packaging because as an amateur with the use I make of it, the bottle will last even for my grandchildren.

I used it to clean the potentiometers (volume, balance, etc.) on a vintage HiFi amplifier that had been stored in a humid environment for almost 5 years.

Especially the volume didn't make good contact at all, the sound was scratchy, dull, etc. After spraying and shaking it back and forth with my hand (and repeating the process a few times), all the potentiometers returned to 100%. They became smoother, the scratchy sound completely disappeared, no more issues.

I sprayed it directly onto the potentiometer (I opened the amplifier casing), without needing to open the potentiometer casing itself. Externally, from some openings it has.

If you can save a valuable machine with 6-7€ that would either be thrown away or cost a lot to repair, I can only recommend this specific product!

With this, you can clean anything you can imagine in an electronic device. I saved my router from moisture, it didn't even feel like opening with the Power button, and after "washing" it with this liquid, I let it dry and it works like new. Doing market research, I was looking for a spray for the well-known Joy-Con drift problem (Nintendo Switch). I have had the console for almost 4 years now and I have been experiencing drift for the past 2 years. I couldn't buy a new controller back then for various reasons and I didn't know how to fix it. As soon as I applied the spray, I waited a bit and everything was fine. I don't know how long it will last, but at least I have a reason to play handheld again without going crazy! Very good spray! I would easily buy it again since the cost is not an issue, although if the problem persists, a more immediate solution is needed, but that's another matter!

One of the best products, I used it on an air conditioning remote control that was broken, sprayed it, left it overnight, and the next day it was like new. It works miracles on short circuits and also cleans electrical components. I cleaned the brain from the natural gas in the car after years, and it didn't have any issues. Just be careful not to have any power during its use. I would give it 10 out of 10!

I had headphones that got damaged from moisture. I took them to the service center and because they were heavy, they said they couldn't be fixed. I also sprayed everywhere with this spray and in 5 minutes they started working again. Even the charging light didn't turn on. If your phone gets wet, spray it with this while it's closed, of course, and let it dry for 10 minutes. Spray everywhere, don't hesitate.

It dries very quickly and indeed does a good job, but I have the feeling that it "dries out" the plastics when in contact with them, even though I am very careful during application, using a small amount of the spray and immediately wiping it with a cloth so it doesn't drip. I bought this product to clean the circuit board of my extractor fan. The buttons don't work well. The buttons are of the TACT type. They probably need to be replaced, but I used WD-40 and it gave them life again. It didn't fully restore them, but close to 85%. I think it's worth it as a circuit board cleaner when there is an issue, and it's good to have it in the cleaning spray at home for small jobs. It might even save something
