The 36 Faber-Castell Grip Metal colored pencils have an ergonomic triangular shape and a patented Soft-Grip surface that makes them easy to hold with three fingers. Their cores contain rich pigments and are fully water-soluble, so adding water and using a brush gives drawings a watercolor effect. They are suitable for both right- and left-handed users.

The cores are break-resistant thanks to the SV bonding system. Each pencil has a space for a name, and the color washes out of most fabrics. The pencils can be sharpened with any sharpener.
