    Without barrel, it produces wines with aromas of green apple, lemon, and minerality. With barrel aging, it develops aromas of vanilla, butter, smoke, and tropical fruits. The acidity varies depending on the climate and winemaking

    Assyrtiko

    It produces wines with high acidity, intense minerality, and citrus aromas (lemon, grapefruit), often with floral notes. It has excellent aging potential.

    Malagouzia

    It produces wines with intense aromas of flowers (rose, jasmine), white-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot), and herbs (basil, mint). It has moderate acidity and a full body.

On the nose, it has a pleasant aroma with fresh stone fruits, basil, bergamot, butter, coconut, and some spicy hints. On the palate, it has volume, fruity flavors, and a long vanilla aftertaste.
