Unfortunately, the gray mask did not catch on all of my hair, only in some areas that were lighter in color. I had tried the pink mask from the same company before and it was much more effective. If your hair is not almost white, it is very likely that the gray mask will disappoint, but the other colors are fine. I did not need to contact the seller. Very fast shipping to Cyprus. I have no complaints, I will order again :)

I was shocked! The brown turned bright yellow on light hair!!! Immediately washed it out and used Silver to see what would happen!

The best color mask I have tried so far. I have copper hair and now I dye it every 1.5 months.. I use this specific mask almost every wash. It leaves my hair shiny and very soft but unfortunately, the result lasts only for one wash. I leave it on my hair for about an hour and it gives me exactly the shade I want. I highly recommend it to those who want to maintain their copper hair without damaging it.

I was skeptical when making the purchase, but I can say that the product does its job perfectly!! It lasted for at least 7-8 washes without fading. The red color I obtained after applying it to my hair was just like those from the salon! + It smells amazing and leaves a feeling of softness! As for the red, it hasn't disappointed me at all!

Unbelievable mask, moisturizes the hair and smells incredible. It has a good duration, it definitely lasted me 4 washes, the color is a bit more intense than my own tone but I liked it a lot, of course it also depends on how long you leave it on your hair (I definitely left it on for more than 15 minutes, somewhere around 25-30). I would definitely buy it again.

Well, personally I have naturally blonde hair to which my hairdresser added a little bit of pink during the highlights, resulting in a blonde pastel pink color. I bought this mask to maintain this shade. In conclusion, my observations about this mask are as follows:
1/ If you want a nice color, you apply it to wet hair for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the intensity you desire. The application is done with wet hair, section by section. Then you rinse it out. If you have medium length and thick hair like me, you will need 2 bottles per month (which is not exactly cheap).
2/ It leaves the hair so smooth that you don't need conditioner.
3/ The final color mainly depends on the shade your hair already has.
So, this product is good, maybe even excellent, as long as you have patience and money.
