I am pleased to find that the flashlight has not lost any of its original features. Furthermore, I found that there is no longer any reason to worry about the flashlight turning on unintentionally, as I mentioned in my previous comment (24.05.2024). When the flashlight is off, you press and hold the button for 3 seconds and the light blinks twice in red. This means the flashlight is locked and will not turn on unintentionally. To turn the flashlight on, you press the button again for 3 seconds and the light blinks twice in green, indicating that the flashlight is unlocked and ready for use.
Note: I bought a second flashlight, in case production of the model stops. I use them alternately.

The flashlight continues to perform perfectly, even after almost daily use during night training. In a recent race (Apr. 2024), starting at 17:00, I needed the flashlight from 20:00 until 06:00+ the next day. I took the flashlight out of my belt to wear it and found it was on (the power button was pressed by mistake), at an intermediate brightness level. I don't know how many hours before it turned on. I know that I finished the race without the flashlight's battery running out. Calm and safe.
So, be careful when "storing" it, so you don't have the anxiety of accidental activation.

The VARTA H30R headlamp was purchased to be worn on an ultra marathon course. Literally, due to its low weight (47g), there was no discomfort on the head, even after 7 consecutive hours of use. It did not move from its position, nor did it irritate the forehead.
The battery life is incredible. On the low setting, it stays on without any drop in brightness for 21+ whole hours! It is worth noting that the brightness of the low setting is more than satisfactory for running in the mountains or in complete darkness, as its range (distance) and the angle/opening of the beam/focus easily cover the road. You run without any problems.
It is a flashlight that "outshines" many well-known and more expensive ones.
I would definitely buy it again and recommend it without any reservations whatsoever. The definition of VFM, with no compromise on performance and quality.

Μετά χαράς, διαπιστώνω ότι ο φακός δεν έχει χάσει καθόλου τα αρχικά χαρακτηριστικά του. Επιπλέον, διαπίστωσα ότι δεν υπάρχει λόγος να ανησυχώ πλέον, για το αν θα ανοίξει ακούσια ο φακός, όπως σας έγραψα στο προηγούμενο σχόλιό μου (24.05.2024). Όταν ο φακός είναι κλειστός, πατάς παρατεταμένα, για 3sec το κουμπί και αναβοσβήνει το λαμπάκι δύο φορές, κόκκινο. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι ο φακός κλείδωσε και δεν ανοίγει ακούσια. Για να ανοίξει ο φακός, πατάς πάλι για 3sec το κουμπί και το λαμπάκι αναβοσβήνει δύο φορές πράσινο, υποδεικνύοντας ότι ο φακός ξεκλείδωσε και είναι έτοιμος για χρήση.
Σημείωση: Αγόρασα και δεύτερο φακό, σε περίπτωση που σταματήσει η παραγωγή του μοντέλου. Τους χρησιμοποιώ εναλλάξ.

Ο φακός εξακολουθεί να αποδίδει τέλεια, ακόμα και μετά από σχεδόν καθημερινή χρήση σε βραδινές προπονήσεις.. Σε πρόσφατο αγώνα (Απρ. 2024), με εκκίνηση στις 17:00, χρειάστηκα φακό από τις 20:00 και μέρχι τις 06:00+ της επομένης. Έβγαλα τον φακό από τη ζώνη μου, για να τον φορέσω και διαπίστωσα ότι ήταν ανοιχτός (πατήθηκε κατά λάθος το κουμπί ενεργοποίησης), σε ενδιάμεση σκάλα φωτεινότητας. Δεν ξέρω πόσες ώρες πριν άνοιξε. Ξέρω ότι τερμάτισα τον αγώνα, χωρίς να εξαντληθεί η μπαταρία του φακού. Ήσυχος και ασφαλής.
Προσοχή, λοιπόν, στην "αποθήκευσή" του, για να μην έχετε το άγχος ακούσιας ενεργοποίησής του.

Αρχική αξιολόγηση.
Ο φακός κεφαλής VARTA H30R αγοράστηκε για να φορεθεί σε ultra marathon διαδρομή. Κυριολεκτικά, λόγω του μικρού βάρους (47gr), δεν υπήρξε καμία ενόχληση στο κεφάλι, ακόμα και μετά από 7 συνεχόμενες ώρες χρήσης. Δεν κουνήθηκε από τη θέση του, ούτε ερέθισε το μέτωπο.
Η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας είναι απίστευτη. Στη μικρή σκάλα, παραμένει ανοιχτός, χωρίς να πέφτει η φωτεινότητα καθόλου, για 21+ ολόκληρες ώρες! Αξίζει να σημειωθεί, ότι η φωτεινότητα της μικρής σκάλας είναι ικανοποιητικότατη, για τρέξιμο στο βουνό ή στο απόλυτο σκοτάδι, καθώς η εμβέλειά της (απόσταση) και η γωνία/άνοιγμα δέσμης/εστίασης καλύπτει άνετα τον δρόμο. Τρέχεις απροβλημάτιστα.
Είναι ένας φακός που "βάζει τα γυαλιά" σε πολλούς επώνυμους και ακριβότερους.
Σίγουρα θα τον αγόραζα ξανά και τον προτείνω, χωρίς καμία απολύτως επιφύλαξη. Ο ορισμός του VFM, χωρίς εκπτώσεις στις επιδόσεις και την ποιότητα.
Good but I think it lost its durability quite quickly.
Καλος αλλα νομιζω οτι αρκετά σύντομα έχασε τη αντοχή του.
