Hartmann Zetuvit Plus adhesive dressings are designed for heavily exuding wounds, such as surgical wounds, leg ulcers and wounds with lymphatic drainage. The superabsorbent core contains superabsorbent material particles and cellulose flakes, while the absorbent layer distributes fluids. Their four-layer construction includes soft, breathable materials and can be used under compression bandages.

The outer layer does not adhere to the wound and channels exudate into the absorbent layer through capillary action. The hydrophobic, breathable non-woven material on the upper side helps protect against infection.
