When the soil is sufficiently moist, the automatic irrigation system does not activate or irrigation is interrupted if it is in progress, so you can save water while enjoying beautiful and healthy plants.
With the rain sensors of automatic irrigation programmers, we avoid unnecessary water waste by stopping irrigation when it rains. The rain sensor connects to power or battery programmers (you should check the programmer's specifications to see if it accepts a rain sensor). When the internal flow reaches a level of 5 mm of rain per square meter (in most sensors we can adjust the flow level), the system shuts down. The scheduled irrigation resumes automatically when the water in the rain sensor evaporates. The rain sensor should be installed outdoors exposed to rain using the provided stainless steel bracket.
