I bought 4 to tie the cover of the solar water heater as its own straps were useless. Like many in the comments, I initially tried it wrong... When I properly passed the rope through the chestnut tree, it did its job excellently.

Reading comments about the product, I was concerned about the quality of the product. In the end, I bought it (after all, its price was lower than the cost of a coffee) and it proved to be reliable. I don't know if it can withstand 250kg as stated by the manufacturer's description, but I easily carried a cart with woods (at least 70kg) up two floors using a crane. Somewhere I read that the "locking mechanism" doesn't hold, but that happens when you make the same mistake I made at the beginning (I had attached it upside down and it was slipping).

This product is garbage, it doesn't hold anything tightly, as soon as you tighten it, it slips from the teeth of the comb. Very cheap but useless
