Coming from Clifton, I tried the Bondi 7 for work during the tourist season, and the truth is that the Clifton is superior in every aspect. The shoe retains quite a bit of heat and needs quite a lot of time to soften up. It is comfortable; time will tell, though if someone wants it for standing all day, I recommend the Clifton without hesitation.

For everyday running on asphalt, it's the best there is...
Buy it with your eyes closed.
I didn't regret it at all; I bought them for €110.
After many kilometers of running, I had knee pain due to impact, but with this shoe, although I didn't expect it, I saw a 90% improvement.
    If you want something lighter,
faster, but not as comfortable, get the
    Hoka Glide Rincon 3.

    The only downside for me:
    1. their weight is 300g.
    2. they have a high sole throughout the whole shoe, and you can easily twist your ankle.

I run recreationally 4.5 times a week, 10 km plus, I was a fan of Mizuno (Prophecy) and Asics (Nimbus), I have run about 600 km in 3.5 months, the shoe is incredibly soft, light, the foot is not strained at all and as time goes by it feels even better, since at first if you have never worn shoes of this type you feel very strange. I highly recommend it.

I’ve had them for a month now. Fast walking and a bit of running plus work (standing + running..). Very good shoe and soft across the entire surface of the sole. It really does take a little getting used to, but after that you won’t change it.
Yesterday specifically I decided to also check out the Clifton 8, which as soon as I put them on were indeed lighter, but the sole was nothing like the Bondi 7. It seemed to me that its sole was soft from the middle and back. In the end I didn’t get them and preferred the Bondi again..

If the roughness in the sole doesn't bother you
You wouldn't have put on such a shoe...
And as for the air sole that others say... it's just kitten stuff

On the positive side, I consider the sole to be quite soft and comfortable.

On the negative side, it is not very light.
Also, over distances above 8 kilometers, my foot gets very hot and I end up with blisters filled with fluid in many spots, especially on the outer side of the big toe; it gets really bad on both feet.

I bought it for long runs of 18-20 km and above, but in the end, to get my money’s worth, I wear them on short runs up to 8 km.
Maybe they just don’t suit my foot.

Top choice for sure, it's just my personal opinion that the previous Bondi 6 model is a bit more comfortable.
