    In my installation, 1 plastic hook broke. I returned the product. I installed the 2nd floor hanger. It lasted for 1 month. Because it is made of plastic, it cannot withstand much weight. It cannot hold 15+ clothes. It leaned the first time. The second time, it broke completely.
