It also has a point where you place it to stick in place so that you don't put it at the front of the shoe and by the time you take 10 steps, it has moved out of position and is annoying instead of helpful. The downside is that after a little sweat, the adhesive came off, so it needs to be stuck with double-sided tape to stay in place. However, it's good for the price.
ως πάτος παπουτσιού στο πόδι στέκεται καλά. έχει και ένα σημείο όπου το βάζεις για να κολλήσει στη θέση και να μην τον βάζεις στην αρχή του παπουτσιού και μέχρι να κάνεις 10 βήματα να έχει φύγει απο τη θέση του και να είναι ενοχλητικός αντί βοηθητικός.
το κακό είναι ότι μετά απο λίγο ιδρώτα η κόλλα έφυγε οπότε πρέπει να κολληθεί με διπλής όψεως ταινία για να μένει στη θέση του.

I have bought these insoles twice. One for the sandals I wear inside the house (as slippers) and later for some sports shoes that didn't have enough support. They were very effective, especially in the sandals. As soon as I put them on, my foot feels relieved.
The adhesive they have worked fine for the sports shoes, but not for the surface of the sandals. A little super glue solved the problem.
The only negative, for which I would remove half a star, is that they heat up the foot quite a bit in the sports shoes.
Edit: I removed another half star because it seems that it didn't stick even in the sports shoes.
Έχω πάρει 2 φορές αυτούς τους πάτους. Τη μία για τα πέδιλα που φοράω μέσα στο σπίτι (σαν παντόφλες) και αργότερα για κάποια αθλητικά παπούτσια που δεν είχαν επαρκή στήριξη. Ήταν πολύ αποτελεσματικοί, ειδικά στα πέδιλα. Με το που τα φοράω ανακουφίζεται αμέσως το πόδι.

I don't know if it was a coincidence, but after wearing them regularly for a few days (even inside slippers), he saw a great improvement in his discomfort. The problem is that because they don't cover the entire sole of the shoe, meaning they don't cover the area under the toes, they slide forward and therefore come out of place. They do have a point on the heel with adhesive that sticks to the shoe to stabilize the insole quickly, but it lost its ability to stick.

Yes, it is good. I don't know if you can run with this. I did use it in sneakers and it fit fine but also raised by foot a bit. I'm not sure how it would affect running. As for the size, I wear 40.5 and got a Large. I think a L for 38 would be fine.
