Bostik Den Braven 1001U sealant silicone is acid-curing and suitable for sealing joints on smooth surfaces. It is highly elastic and resistant to UV rays, cracking, water and moisture, and is 100% waterproof. It can be used indoors and outdoors for construction and household applications.
It offers strong adhesion to glass, enamel, ceramic tiles, porcelain, polyester, stainless steel, aluminium and finished wood, as well as to painted and varnished surfaces without a primer. It is suitable for glass systems, metal structures, window and door frames, caravans and boats. Not recommended for PE, PP, PTFE, PC, PMMA, bituminous materials, cement, marble, lead, copper or galvanised surfaces.
