It is not completely non-stick.....
I wanted to get away from an old one (Greek made?), with black teflon? coating, on which when it was new, the skin from the boiled milk could be removed even by hand, (and when it started to get old it slowly started to stick)
Use a wooden spoon, and it will maintain its quality for a long time. Recommended product, and with proper materials considering that it is a utensil for food and must follow specific standards
In the end, it did not prove to be durable. After a little use on the stove, the aluminum started to show on the bottom externally. Inside, it hasn't suffered anything yet. It requires great care, and always hand washing because I don't know if the coating it has is actually stone, durable, or some kind of coating that mimics it. I wouldn't buy it again!
Very good quality and nothing sticks.
The briki has perfect construction and design, and the fact that it is non-stick is a big plus. The only downside is the handle, which is heavier than the container and tilts when it is empty.
