    It is made of thin plastic, so you can't hold it in your hand and write "in the air". It also doesn't have a pocket for paper on the inside of the opening sheet. It is cheap, but by giving something more, you get a much higher quality folder with a hard material and an internal pocket for a little paper and a pen.
