The content of the book is structured in such a way that it thoroughly analyzes all topics of General Accounting and concludes with: a) the detailed presentation and research by account groups as described by the Greek Accounting Standards (E.G.L.S.) and b) a wealth of examples of the operation and connections of each account separately.

At the end of each section, solved problems are presented that have been historically included in the professional exams of the postgraduate programs of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (I.E.S.O.E.L.) as well as in the Master's exams of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (E.K.P.A.) with a focus on Applied Accounting and Auditing.
