Sukrin's Cake Mix is a baking mix that makes it easy to make cakes, gluten-free and sugar-free. The mix contains sesame flour and FIBERFIN (resistant corn starch) and Sukrin sweetener. The result is very tasty!

Product Ingredients:

• Low-fat sesame flour
• Sweetener (erythritol)
• Dietary fibers (from resistant corn starch, chicory root, psyllium)
• Starch (corn, potato)
• Pea protein
• Raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium phosphate)
• Salt
• Emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides)
• Acidity regulator (citric acid)
• Flavor
• Sweetener (sucralose)

Gluten, sugar, wheat, yeast, soy, dairy-free.

Dosage / Use:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Mix 4 eggs, 200ml water, and 100ml oil in a bowl. Add ingredients of your choice. Bake in a round pan (24cm) or cupcake molds for 20-30 minutes.

Flavor Variations:

• Christmas: Add ½ tsp cinnamon, ½ tbsp cardamom, ½ tsp ginger, and ¼ tsp clove.
• Berries and chocolate: Stir berries and chocolate chips into the mixture.
• Sweet potato cake: Chop 3-4 sweet potatoes and mix into the mixture before baking.
• Apples and nuts: Chop and add to the ready mixture.
• Coffee and walnuts: Add 4 tbsp coffee and 30g chopped walnuts to the mixture.

Store in a dry and cool place.
