The Lodge wooden base with an oval shape is designed to perfectly match the oval cast iron plate with dimensions 33.4 x 25.4cm. It is made of thick, durable wood and has been varnished to be water-resistant. It is ideal for placing the hot plate on a surface or for the family table to impress by serving on the cast iron plate. The wooden base provides safety during the transport of the hot plate.

Note: The wooden plate is not intended for use directly over fire or in the oven. It can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and should not be washed in the dishwasher as it may peel or warp.
