Battery Life

Battery life shows how many days the smartwatch can operate without charging.

It depends on the battery capacity, but also on how much you use it (e.g. active display, GPS, notifications, etc.).

For example, a smartwatch with 2-3 days of battery life is ideal for daily use with all features enabled.

Models with 5–10 days or more are suitable for those who do not want to charge often or use it more "lightly".

The value is especially meaningful when comparing products from the same manufacturer.
Display Type

IPS

IPS technology is a type of screen that offers wide viewing angles and vibrant colors, ideal for a clear image from any angle. It is suitable for users who want quality display in everyday conditions. They consume more energy compared to OLED, AMOLED & super AMOLED types.
Waterproof

Sea Swimming

The smartwatch offers enhanced durability so you can wear it in the sea. Resistant to saltwater and tough marine conditions, it is the ideal companion for your summer adventures.

Description

The Polar Unite is aimed at those seeking an affordable yet multifunctional smartwatch for monitoring their health and fitness. It includes various features such as sleep tracking, heart rate measurement, calorie consumption tracking, and VO2 max calculation.

Additionally, it offers features like FitSpark, a training function that provides exercise suggestions and workout tips, as well as the ability to connect with your smartphone to receive notifications.

Your body is designed to move, so keeping it fit is essential for your overall health and well-being.

Polar watches promote an active lifestyle by giving you a daily activity goal based on your personal data, then offering you the ability to automatically track your activity throughout the day.

If you are inactive for too long, you will receive a reminder to get up and move. Your daily activity goal is displayed as a circle that gradually fills up until you reach your goal.

Step Counting

Counting your steps is a good way to see if you are doing enough to maintain your overall health. The more steps you take each day, the closer you will be to your fitness goals.

Walking is an easy way to count some steps, but take many steps every day by doing daily activities. With a 3D digital acceleration sensor, Polar watches count every movement and update your step count as you go.

Listen to Your Heart

Every heart is unique. Monitoring yours will unlock the secrets of your health, fitness, and well-being - that's why it's important to have the best technology to track it accurately.

The Polar Precision Prime sensor fusion technology monitors your heart rate from the wrist. The innovation combines optical heart rate measurement with other sensor technologies to eliminate unnecessary movements that might disrupt the heart rate signal and produce unreliable measurements.

Fitness & Training

Need help? You've got it.

The Polar Unite is like your personal trainer in pocket size - it provides personalized guidance to help you get fit - only you won't need to break a sweat when doing it.

FitSpark

The personalized FitSpark training guide offers daily, on-demand workouts that are easy to execute and match your recovery, fitness level, and training history.

You receive new daily workout suggestions for cardio, strength, or mobility directly on your watch - all you have to do is choose the mode you like and let your watch guide you.

Start counting calories accurately

Learn which energy sources were consumed during the workout: carbohydrates, proteins, or fats?

See how much of each energy source your body uses during training, fats, carbohydrates, and proteins - displayed at the end as a percentage of total calorie consumption.

By seeing how much of each energy source you used, you can learn how different intensities affect energy usage.

Sleep & Recovery

Remember to rest. Rest is good! By allowing your body to recover, you can achieve much more, and if you take the time to relax and rest, you will feel much better. Without rest, there is no progress!

Adequate and good quality sleep is vital for your health and well-being. When you sleep, your body cycles through three stages of sleep: light, deep, and REM.

Sleep Plus Stages automatically tracks the amount and quality of your sleep (Sleep Score) and informs you about how much time you spent in each stage during the night.

Sleep tracking can help you understand your sleep behavior in the long term, as well as identify the factors in your day that may negatively impact your sleep.

GPS Connection

The chances are that you have your phone with you anyway.

Simply connect your watch to track your speed, distance, and location. Record your routes, speed, pace, and training distance using the GPS from your phone.

It's easy to set up, just connect your phone to your watch, open the Polar Flow app, and allow it to use your phone's location - after that, you're ready to go.

Everything was fine until the battery died completely after exactly one year... Overall, it's a very nice and small-sized smartwatch that does what it promises, but its battery is a complete disappointment as its autonomy significantly decreased after the first 6 months of use.

A typical sports watch, easily synchronized with a mobile phone, the polar flow app is good. It does not have its own GPS. I only use it for running with a POLAR heart rate monitor belt, and the measurements are accurate. The battery life with one hour of training per day is about three days.

Having the watch for a year and something, I am completely disappointed with its battery. From the first week, I had to charge it every 4-5 days with not incredible usage. One year later, the battery lasts 1-1.5 days. Wherever I go, I have to have the charger with me.
