Even today, one month later, the door still needs occasional adjustment for closing, because sometimes it loosens and the door does not close properly.

Very good and sturdy construction. The only problem I encountered was that the arm did not fit in the door frame. I was using the previous model from the same company, so I used the same mechanism with the old arm.
