εαν προοριζονται για προπονηση μονος ή sparring παρε 12 και πανω για να προστατευεις και τα δικα σου χερια και τον συμπαικτη σου.Γενικα κατω απο 12 δε θα σου προτεινα να κατεβεις και να μην ανησυχεις για το εαν θα ειναι μεγαλα ή μικρα.
