Είναι καλό να το πάρεις με άδειο στομάχι για να επιδράσει καλυτέρα και ταχύτερα μετά από καμία ώρα μπορείς να φας πάντα κάτι ελαφρύ για να μπορείς να αποδόσεις. Αν φας μετά το σεξ είναι το ιδανικό.
