όχι δεν βγαίνει κάτω απο την βάση, βγαίνει λίγο πιο πάνω, έχει προεγκατεστημένο δικό του καλώδιο με πλαστικό που μπαίνουν εκεί κατευθείαν τα καλώδια του ρεύματος.
