I don't know what to describe first. Okay, it's a well-designed device and it really is convenient for elderly people who have trouble seeing to dial a phone number. Beyond that, the build quality is poor. The first device I received didn't work. They replaced it with one whose handset plug was broken. The third one I received worked well. Nine months later, its handset plug broke too, and after I managed to fix that problem, it now stays on speakerphone and you can't use the device no matter what you press. What can I say? Maybe I was just unlucky, but the device's quality isn't the best... I won't bother with warranties again for €20; it'll just go for recycling. But you get what you pay for!
