The book uses traditional teaching methods while simultaneously introducing innovations for a more effective approach to ancient Greek language, in accordance with the Ministry's guidelines for the examination of the subject in the Panhellenic exams.

It includes 30 texts (approximately 20 lines each) selected based on the main syntactic phenomenon present in them.
For each topic, the following are provided:
- An introductory note that contextualizes the text within the entirety of the work from which it was extracted, providing extratextual information for its understanding
- The text - Its translation
- A diagrammatic presentation of the text's structure (semantic units - structural rearrangement) to highlight the author's linguistic choices, the sequence of meanings, and the relevance of main and subordinate parts
- Text comprehension questions
- Semantic and morphosyntactic comments
- Detailed syntactic processing
- Theory and examples for understanding the syntactic phenomenon
- Grammar and syntax exercises based on the text, as well as additional exercises to reinforce knowledge

There follow 36 topics for study and review: each text is associated with a syntactic phenomenon and is accompanied by an introductory note, semantic comments, structural rearrangement, comprehension question, syntactic processing, translation, and exercises.

At the end of the book, answers are provided to all comprehension questions and grammar and syntax exercises.
