The Akai SS032A-3515 is a complete 2.1 channel sound system with a subwoofer and two satellite speakers, ideal for upgrading the sound on your TV, computer, or everyday music listening.

It supports Bluetooth for wireless streaming, FM radio, as well as playback from USB and SD card (MP3), and also features an AUX-IN for wired connection.

With a total power of 38W RMS (18W + 10W×2) and a frequency response of 35Hz–20kHz, it offers “full” bass and clear sound, while the remote control makes operation easy from a distance.

Well, without beating around the bush, I'm a nitpicker and a troublemaker, and I didn't expect to be so satisfied with a 70€ piece of junk... but it delivers. The bass and treble can be adjusted independently. So, one has good control over how the music will sound - like a falcon in the opera, or a car in the ghetto, both are possible.

The construction and materials are a bit cheap, but you want it for music, not for kneading dough...

Very good sound, but cheap construction (loose buttons in feel) and difficult handling:
1) The ON-OFF button is at the back (!) where the speaker and AUX ports are located.
2) On the front, the buttons do not have their function labeled with color as shown on the box, so you have to remember what each button does...
3) It cannot read FOLDERS from USB and SD and displays all the contents together, so if you want to repeat or play only one track or all the ones you have saved, you can only see the track number on the screen without any other information (e.g. title).
4) You cannot save a radio station in the memory slot you want. Instead, it scans the entire band and automatically saves whatever it finds in the order it finds them.
5) It comes with a manual that describes the buttons and ports, but without substantial usage instructions (you have to figure it out on your own with the "play and learn" system) and the remote control does not come with batteries (I have never encountered any other TV-HIFI-DECRYPTER device that I have bought without having 2 batteries included...)

Okay... good sound and bass... cheap but good construction... I didn't like the on/off button located at the back and I wonder why... of course, it plays the music exactly as you put the songs on the card without even an option to play them shuffled... good ability to adjust the bass and treble from the remote control... overall, I believe it's a good choice...
