My desire is not to suggest yet another cookbook. Within this book, you will find my recipes and some of my ideas, but mainly you will find the inspiration and the path to create your own risotto.
In its pages, I present, based on my experience and knowledge, the techniques required for a risotto, as well as the tips and steps that will lead you to the risotto that expresses you. In this book, I will show you the way and explain the philosophy, but the personality in the taste will come from you. I will show you how you can create your own risotto. This is my goal.
