The project contains the basic legislative texts governing commercial companies in both Greek and English, i.e. Law 4548/2016 (SA), Law 3190/1955 (Ltd) and the provisions of Law 4072/2012 concerning IKE.

The translated texts are presented on the right pages of the project and the original Greek texts on the left, to facilitate the user in accurately locating the legal issue that concerns them and in their overall research.

It is addressed to lawyers, legal advisors of businesses, shareholders and members of SA Boards of Directors, accountants - tax consultants, constituting a useful tool for understanding the practical functioning of corporate forms SA, IKE and Ltd.
